The production capacity of sand cores is provided by a fleet of machines featuring the “hot box” and “cold box” technology. The two different technologies enable us to adapt the production of cores to the type of casting required by the client and to their functional and aesthetic characteristics.

In addition to the two foundry departments (green sand and sand resin), FIM cast s.r.l. boasts a core shop for the internal production of cores, a sandblasting and deburring (also robotic) department and a painting plant.
